Carole’s Bio:

Starting with a "Big-Box" real estate brokerage I gained a great deal of experience in all phases of residential real estate sales from primary homes, to investment properties to "fix-n-flips." Following which, I was recruited by a well known local real estate developer in the Denver market and spent 3 years working with the development team learning about commercial properties, land acquisition and development as well as managing the sales staff. When plans for the next phase of residential real estate development stalled I opened a boutique style real estate brokerage with the goal of working with other developers-small and large-experienced and not. Being located in the Santa Fe Arts District I have focused on real estate and development opportunities there and in other areas targeted by various city offices such as The Mayor's Office of Economic Deveopment (ODE) and/or located in the Free Enterprise Zone (FEZ).
