1. Rocky Mountain Alley Cat Alliance
When RMACA receives calls for help with large feral cat colonies (10+ cats), they schedule a mobile
clinic to go directly to the scene. The clinic will show up on the specified date with veterinarian
Dr. Erica Rambus, a vet technician and an experienced trapper. They trap the cats and bring them directly
into the mobile clinic. Dr. Rambus will provide FIV/FeLV testing, spay/neuter, and FVRCP/rabies
vaccinations for all feral cats. RMACA holds all feral and unowned cats overnight to ensure that they
come out of surgery safely, and then release them back to their home territories the following day.
This service is provided at no charge to the public, although we greatly appreciate donations!
