Carole Rich has brought our projects several buyers. She has always been professional, engaging, funny and timely. Though her market area is NorthWest, she knows the city better than most brokers and represents her clients well. Sorry to have taken a couple of days to get back to you ...
I strongly recommend Carole and would engage her again for sales or pre-sales.
Carole rises above most all other realtors (residential and commercial) I know because she's very bright, an excellent researcher,
gets the "numbers,“ and fully understands my perspective as a real estate investor. And she's personable—
like most all realtors. And she's connected--like most top realtors.
Another characteristic of Carole's that I believe differentiates her is that she won't bullshit you (for lack of a better term).
I've had realtors share their speculation with me as if it were fact, which is a huge waste of time
(because most often ultimately I get to the truth ... about the history of a distressed property, about comparables, etc.).
